Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has been Italy’s best-selling premium balsamic vinegar (250ml format) since 2010. It is produced in Modena with 80% cooked grape must and 20% wine vinegar without any artificial ingredients. It offers a very high density of 1.33 and a perfect bitter-sweet balance making it particularly versatile. We recommend it on salads, vegetables, cheese and desserts such as fruit salads and ice cream.
