The most refined and precious Japanese tea. Made from young leaves – grown, hand-picked and processed with extreme care and skill. The bushes are shaded for two weeks prior to harvesting to produce a higher concentration of polyphenol and chlorophyll, creating the characteristic rich sweet flavour, mild in taste and forest green colour.
